Brandy Douglas, CHRL

President & HR Business Partner

After years of supporting private and non-profit organizations, Brandy recognized the value that a human resources presence can bring to an organization. She knew how to develop a strong team, create an engaged environment for employees, and ensure that practical compliance matters were handled effectively. 

Using that knowledge and experience, Brandy founded CulturedHR in 2015 to support small to mid-sized businesses across a variety of industries. With a strong sense of professionalism and a relentless commitment to excellence, she has been providing guidance, leadership and advice to companies across Ontario who want to provide a better experience for their employees. 

Her clients appreciate her approachability and warmth in how she approaches sensitive topics, as well as her commitment to going beyond the surface to fully understand their business. 

Fun fact: Brandy is devoted to all things Guelph. She lives mere blocks away from where she grew up and serves on the Board of Directors of Guelph’s Chamber of Commerce.

Alison Gregory, CHRP

HR Consultant

Alison brings a wealth of experience, with over 20 years of experience working with organizations across the public and private sectors in the UK, Canada and the United States. She stays informed on legislative developments and is our go-to resource for new legislation and tribunal decisions. 

We love Alison’s approach to our clients: nothing is cookie-cutter! She knows each is unique and enjoys creating solutions that work for employees and management alike. 

Fun fact: Alison loves animals, especially cows. Their unique personalities remind her of oversized labradors!

Stephanie Atchison profile photo

Stephanie Atchison, CHRL

HR Consultant

Bringing over 12 years of experience, Stephanie joined CulturedHR as a seasoned professional who has worked with unionized and non-unionized organizations of all sizes.  She excels at collaborating with clients across industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, software development and non-profit organizations. 

With a BA in Psychology and a minor in HR management, Stephanie keenly understands human behaviour and organizational dynamics. She is also certified as a JHSC (Joint Health and Safety Committee) member.

Stephanie enjoys ensuring our clients’ compliance with various laws and regulations. She creates comprehensive supporting documentation (such as employee handbooks, policies and procedures, and health and safety programs). She takes pride in seeing those initiatives come to life in our client’s day-to-day operations. 

Fun fact: Stephanie grew up in Hong Kong and is a fluent Bahasa Indonesian speaker!

Renée Morgan

HR Administrator

Renée brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as an HR Administrator at CulturedHR. With a strong business management and career development foundation, she is committed to supporting employees and fostering a positive work environment.

Renée is pivotal in supporting the organization’s human resources functions, including conducting research, drafting policies, assisting with our handbooks and guidebooks, and many other important tasks that ensure things run smoothly. 

Fun fact: Renée learned to identify 25 fish species to record daily catches while employed at a luxury fishing lodge.

Andrew Bell-Ramcharitar

Human Resources Administrative Specialist

Andrew is the newest addition to CulturedHR and shares our passion for building collaborative work environments. We appreciate his fresh perspective and passion for technology, recruitment and health and safety. 

Andrew obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Brock University and a graduate certificate in Human Resources Management at Conestoga College. With his strong academic background and enthusiasm for research, Andrew provides exceptional support to our team and clients. 

Fun fact: Andrew is a big movie fan and even writes his own reviews!
